We deliver flash frozen organic ingredients, sent in individual wax paper cups for you to drink and eat on the move. All you need is a freezer, a blender (for smoothies), and a fridge for our overnight breakfast bowls.


How do I order a box?

Choose our bestsellers, or make your own combination. A box of 6 or 12 (coming soon). With extras or without. Just a one-off or a regular delivery. Ordering your perfect box is dead easy.

How much does it cost?

A box of 6 cups costs £23.95. And a box of 12 costs £39.95 (coming soon).

If you subscribe the delivery is free. Otherwise it’s just £5.

Do I need to subscribe?

Nope. You can always order a one-off box. And you can change or cancel a subscription at any time.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all across the UK, except the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

When do you deliver?

We deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays - just pick a day that suits you.

And you can change the day and frequency of your delivery at any time using our calendar tool.

How will my cups arrive?

Inside your delivery box you’ll find individual cups, each with frozen ingredients that make up your smoothie or bowl.

All our packaging has been designed to keep your cups frozen until you can put them into your freezer. So you don’t need to worry about waiting in for your delivery. And of course, all our packaging is recyclable.

How do I dispose of the dry ice that comes with my cups?

We use dry ice to keep all of our cups frozen during delivery as this is the most effective method to ensure that we comply with Health & Safety guidelines for frozen food.

We make sure the dry ice is put in paper envelopes, and labelled accordingly. In order to get rid of the dry ice, we recommend you simply leave the envelope out in an aerated space (on your kitchen counter, out of the reach of children will do) until it has completely dissolved. You can then dispose of the envelope in your recycling bin as you would any other paper.


Can I change what's in my order?

Of course. You can make changes to a single delivery or a whole subscription using our calendar tool. So if you fancy trying almond milk for one week and one week only, you can.

Whatever changes you’d like to make, just make sure they’re done 48 hours before the planned delivery date. So for deliveries on Wednesdays, changes should be made by 23:59 the Monday before. And by 23:59 on the Thursday for a Saturday delivery.

Just head to your account to edit your order.

Can I skip deliveries if I'm ever away?

Absolutely. Just go to your account and deselect the days you don’t want to receive a delivery using our calendar tool. You’ll only ever receive a delivery on a date highlighted in green.

Can I have more than one subscription?

Erm, yes! Head to your account and click ‘Create a new box’. You’ll be able to nickname your subscriptions too - home and work for example - so they’re easy to manage.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Simply head to your account, click ‘My Subscriptions’ and you’ll find the pause and cancel options.


What do I need to make a smoothie?

All you need is a blender, some water, and your appetite. We’ll deliver everything else.

How do I make a smoothie?

There’s no need to defrost anything.

Just take a smoothie cup from your freezer, and fill it to the brim with your choice of base liquid.

Next, tip the whole lot into your blender and blend until smooth. Two minutes usually does the trick.

Then you can pour your smoothie back into the cup to enjoy.

 All our smoothies taste great with water and there are instructions on every cup - just so you know.



What do I need to make a breakfast bowl?

All you need is water, or one of our dairy-free mylks (coming soon). 

How do I make a breakfast bowl?

There’s no need to defrost anything.

Just take a breakfast bowl cup from your freezer, and fill it to the fill line with your choice of base liquid.


Stir all the ingredients thoroughly, add the lid, and place the cup in your fridge overnight.

The next morning, make sure your stir all the ingredients one last time before eating!

All our breakfast bowls taste great with water and there are instructions on every cup - just so you know.


Are your products healthy?

Absolutely! All of our products are all balanced, nutritious, and totally organic - strictly no bad stuff.

Isn't fresh better than frozen?

Freezing fruit and veg as soon as it’s picked actually keeps the nutrients locked in for longer. Find out more about the benefits of frozen.

How do they taste?

Delicious. Our chefs and nutritionists definitely believe that eating well doesn’t mean you have to compromise on taste.

How long will the cups last in my freezer?

Each cup will have a best-before date on it but try and drink them within 12 months of delivery.

I suffer from a nut allergy. Is it safe for me to consume Batch products?

All of our cups are labelled according to allergen regulations. You will find common allergens highlighted in bold. Our facility however handles nuts and other common allergens, meaning we cannot guarantee there will be no traces, even in products that may not directly contain them.


Do you have a referral program?

Sure we do! Sharing your referral code with your friends will get the £10 off their first order. For every friend you refer we will also apply £10 of store credits to your account. You can refer as many friends as you'd like so share the love and get some love back!

What are store credits and how do I use them?

Store credits are issued to your account every time you refer a friend, and whenever we think you deserve some! Once store credits land in your account there is nothing else you need to do –they will automatically be used whenever you place a new order, or re-billing occurs on your subscription.
