ABOUT BATCH ORGANICS.

We deliver pre-portioned cups of organic, flash-frozen smoothies and breakfast bowls to your door. Our single-portion cups are designed to be prepared in minutes to fuel a modern, busy lifestyle. Enjoy them at home or on-the-go for a daily dose of good!

Who develops your recipes?

All our recipes are developed by our chefs and nutritionists, combining great taste with maximum nutritional value. Each ingredient is chosen for a reason and brings extra benefits to a balanced active healthy lifestyle.

Why frozen?

Freezing means we provide you with the most natural ingredients – as we don’t need to add any artificial preservatives or additives!

By cryogenically freezing our ingredients at the farm, we lock in all the goodness and nutriments in your food.

We love food food... we hate waste!

Freezing is also a great way of reducing our impact on food waste. Get your Batch Organics cup out of the freezer whenever you please, it’s not going anywhere!

Are your products vegan?

Yes! Our recipes are purely plant-based and are all vegan friendly (please note: we use WoolCool packaging to keep our products frozen during delivery. Please see below in Packaging and Delivery for more details.

Are your ingredients organic?

Yes. All of our ingredients are certified organic by the Soil Association.

Where can I find all nutritional information?

If you would like to check up on all the ingredients and nutritional values in each product you can do so by clicking on each product's picture. All the information you need will just pop up!

 

DELIVERY & ORDERS 

What do you deliver?

We deliver flash-frozen organic eats, conveniently packaged in single-portion recyclable cups. Choose from our range of smoothies and breakfast bowls and fill your box with your daily dose of good!

We also offer our own range of organic nut mylks (Almond, Coconut, and Tiger Nut Mylk). You can add these to your box and use them in your smoothies, bowls, or in even your morning coffee! 😊

How much does it cost?

Our boxes come in 3 sizes:

Box of 6 cups: (£19.95)

Box of 9 cups (£26.95)

Box of 12 cups (£33.95).

Our mylks come up at £2.49 each.

Can I get one-off orders instead of a subscription?

Absolutely. Our subscriptions are 100% flexible, meaning you can add or skip deliveries whenever you want before our cut-off time (48hours before your next delivery).

However, we also offer a one-off delivery options which incurs a £5.95 delivery fee.

Our subscribers benefit of free delivery!

When do you deliver?

We deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays - just pick a day that suits you! 😊

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all across the UK, except the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

Do I need to be home to receive my box?

Nothing to worry about!

The best way is to add instructions in case you’re not home when placing your order. This is the safest way to ensure your information will be correctly passed on time to DPD, our carrier partner.

Alternatively, DPD will text you with an hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery. Just follow the link on DPD’s message and ask them to deliver to your preferred neighbour or a safe place near your address.

Will my products remain safe and frozen during transit?

All our packaging has been designed to keep your cups frozen until you can put them into your freezer. Our boxes are carefully insulated in fully recyclable packaging and dry ice is added to your box to keep your food safe and frozen until the evening.

What happens if I find the dry ice has completely evaporated?

Don’t worry! As long as your cups are ‘refrigerator-cold’ to the touch, they’re safe to be popped straight into your freezer. Since our cups are purely plant-based (and contain no animal by-products), there are less chances of harmful ingredient damage.

How do I dispose of the dry ice that comes in my box?

We make sure the dry ice is put in cardboard boxes and labelled accordingly. For your safety, do not remove the dry ice from its box.

To get rid of it, we recommend you simply leave the box out in an aerated space (on your kitchen counter, out of the reach of children will do) until it has completely dissolved. You can then dispose of the box in your recycling bin as you would any other cardboard.

 

I'M A SUBSCRIBER

How does the subscription work?

You decide of a delivery frequency when registering for the first time, but you can always update your delivery plan as you please. Once you have subscribed, you have access to a calendar where you can manually skip or add any delivery date before the 48 hour cut-off time.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Of course. We understand that everyone needs a little break once in a while.😉 You can pause or cancel your subscription ANYTIME. Simply head to your account, click ‘My Subscriptions’ and you’ll find the pause and cancel options there.

Can I change the content of my order?

Naturally, you can change the content of your box and try different recipes from one week to another! Head to your account, select ‘My Subscriptions’ and edit your box.

However, please note that you cannot change the content or date of your very first order with us. Any update to an order that has already been placed (i.e. the first order of a new subscription) has to be made through Customer Service. Please make sure to reach out to us 48 prior to your scheduled delivery.

Can I have more than one subscription?

Erm, yes! Head to your account and click ‘Create a new box’.

What is your cut-off time?

Any changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours before your order is scheduled to ship, at which point we won’t be able to consider your updates.

So, for deliveries on Wednesdays, changes should be made by 23:59 the Monday before and by 23:59 on the Thursday for a Saturday delivery.

Can I edit my order?

Sadly, you won’t be able to change the content or the date of your order yourselves. If you would like to proceed to any updates, please email us at hi@batch-organics.com or call us on 02033089790.

Can I switch to a subscription plan?

Sure! We’d be more than happy to welcome you in the Batch Organics family. To do so, login to your account, place a new order by selecting Create a Box and select Subscribe and Save.

 

THE BATCH PRODUCTS RANGE

How do I prepare the smoothies?

Just take a smoothie cup from your freezer and fill it to the brim with your choice of base liquid. All our smoothies taste great with water, but you can also pick one of our mylks or anything you’d like! 😊

Next, tip the whole lot into your blender and blend until smooth….

Then you can pour your smoothie back into the cup to enjoy!

How do I prepare the breakfast bowls?

Just take a breakfast bowl cup from your freezer and fill it to the brim with your choice of base liquid. All our breakfast bowls taste great with water but you can also pick one of our mylks or anything you’d like! 😊

To enjoy your breakfast bowl hot: stir thoroughly and place the cup in the microwave on high heat for 60 seconds. Remove and stir again. Heat the cup in the microwave again for 60 seconds, give it a final stir, and enjoy!

To enjoy your breakfast bowl cold: stir all the ingredients thoroughly, add the mylk, and place the cup in your fridge overnight. The next morning, make sure your stir all the ingredients one last time before eating!

Are your products healthy?

Absolutely! All of our products are all balanced, nutritious, and totally organic - strictly no bad stuff.

They’re also gluten-free, and we have options for vegans. You’ll find a full nutritional breakdown of each smoothie and breakfast bowl by selecting them here.

How do they taste?

Delicious. Our chefs and nutritionists definitely believe that eating well doesn’t mean you have to compromise on taste.

How long will the cups last in my freezer?

Each cup will have a best-before date on it but try and drink them within 12 months of delivery.

I suffer from a nut allergy. Is it safe for me to consume Batch products?

All of our cups are labelled according to allergen regulations. You will find common allergens highlighted in bold. Our facility however handles nuts and other common allergens, meaning we cannot guarantee there will be no traces, even in products that may not directly contain them.

 

PACKAGING & RECYCLING

What is your packaging made of and is it recyclable?

YES YES YES!

Our delivery packaging is made of a fully recyclable cardboard box.

Our paper cups are made of polyethylene lining and our straws are made of polylactic acid (PLA)- which is a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic derived from plants.

All your products are safe during transit, using Woolcool fleece liners. Woolcool liners are sustainable, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. On top of that, they are more effective than other solutions at keeping contents consistently colder for longer! 😊 

 

REFERRALS & STORE CREDITS

Do you have a referral program?

Sure, we do! If you share your referral code with your friends, they will get £10 off their first order. A £10 credit will also be applied to your account. You can refer as many friends as you'd like so... share the love and get some love back! :)

What are store credits and how do I use them?

Store credits are issued to your account every time you refer a friend, and whenever we think you deserve some! Once store credits land in your account there is nothing else you need to do –they will automatically be used whenever you place a new order, or re-billing occurs on your subscription.
